A California Native, currently
residing in Sacramento. I began studying art at age 7 and
received my first oil paint set that year for Xmas. Art has been
my first and greatest interest, I have studied many mediums, and
oil remains my preference and among my greatest joys.
Major first influences in my art were my parents, my studies under Ms.
Petrie and Nick Jackson in high school, and college in the Bay
Area. Later I studied privately with S. Solice, and Brynn
Carroll and have always been guided by my stong faith .
Currently I am painting a series of flower studies, plein air, and some
abstracts. My interests cover a wide range of subjects. I also do
commission work.
